At 16h30 embark in a traditional sailing dhow of the type used for centuries back for carrying cargo and passengers (slaves) between Zanzibar and the Arabian Gulf. The boat ride will give you an insight into the real Zanzibar atmosphere of ancient times. Surely, you will have no choice but to relax while enjoying the Zanzibar breezes and crystal clear turquoise waters. You should try your lucky hand fishing with a local fisherman’s lines.
